About Oak Sanded Classic 1050

The all-round jointed long and end edges on the planks underline the impression of real wooden flooring. The matt finish texture makes the laminate flooring look particularly authentic and natural. The calm and harmonious texture resembles untreated wood. Laminate floors from Parador's Classic 1050 product line are low on emissions and allergens, extremely easy to care for and promote healthy living. They are suitable for installation over underfloor heating. Thanks to the patented click mechanism with the SafeLock® PRO click connection and the low plank height of only 8 mm, the flooring can be installed easily in a custom-fit manner. A special Aqua-Proof core board even allows the flooring to be used in wet rooms. For private use, a lifetime manufacturer's guarantee is given on these floors. The floors of the Classic 1050 product line are also connection stable and have excellent edge swell protection.

Installation Advice

Oak Sanded Classic 1050 is a click-fit laminate floor installed as a floating floor over a suitable underlay. For the best, longest-lasting result we recommend professional installation by our experienced Edinburgh fitters.

Acclimatise the boards in the room for 48 hours before fitting
Ensure the subfloor is clean, dry and level
Use a quality acoustic or underfloor-heating-rated underlay
Leave a 10-12 mm expansion gap around the perimeter
Finish neatly with matching beading, scotia or thresholds
