About Old Wood White

It is available as a wide plank in the format 1285 x 194 x 8 mm. The design with an all-round groove emphasises each individual plank and contributes to the laminate flooring being reminiscent of a real wood floor. The matt-finish texture makes this laminate flooring look particularly natural. The calm and harmonious texture resembles untreated wood. _x000D_ Laminate floors from Parador's Basic 400 product line are low on emissions and allergens, durable, extremely easy to care for and promote healthy living. They are suitable for installation on underfloor heating systems. The installation height of this laminate flooring is 8 mm. Also, thanks to the patented click mechanism with the SafeLock® PRO click connection, these floors can be installed easily in a custom-fit manner. An all-round edge impregnation ensures reliable swelling protection. The manufacturer's guarantee for private use is fifteen years.

Installation Advice

Old Wood White is a click-fit laminate floor installed as a floating floor over a suitable underlay. For the best, longest-lasting result we recommend professional installation by our experienced Edinburgh fitters.

Acclimatise the boards in the room for 48 hours before fitting
Ensure the subfloor is clean, dry and level
Use a quality acoustic or underfloor-heating-rated underlay
Leave a 10-12 mm expansion gap around the perimeter
Finish neatly with matching beading, scotia or thresholds
